Patients will report their symptoms to the platform, and our AI will collect the patient’s history and understand if it is possible to carry out an automated follow-up or if the patient needs to be referred to a health care professional.
If the reported symptoms are considered moderate or severe, patients will be directed to a professional that can contact them through our platform, via chat our video chat, to define the best course of action.
Through our platform, the clinician can prescribe medication to the patient who will receive it on their cell phone.
Our virtual assistant will continue to accompany the patient until the end of the care journey, alerting nurses and doctors if necessary.
The patient’s clinical journey, including history, evolution and treatment, is always available for consult by the clinical team in a comprehensive back office. Insights are also generated for resource usage optimization.
